Good Morning! 

It is time again to prepare for Divisionals (July 7) and Championships (July 14) and Classics (July 15). For our newer families, Championships and Classics is where the top 40 swimmers in all divisions combined swim against each other. Championships qualifications consist of the 17th through 40th place swimmers in any given event based on their times at Divisionals. Classics qualifications consist of the top 16 placed swimmers in any given event based on their times at Divisionals.

There is a Meet on the schedule with the date of July 6 called Intent to Swim C&C.  Please click on Meets & Events, Signup Calendar, and the green Meet Entry tab to enter your swimmer's intent to swim for each event. Click Edit to declare their attendance.  When you click Attending this Meet, the options for Divisionals, Championships, and Classics will appear.  Make your selections in the far left box.  In other words, if your swimmer WILL swim at Divisionals but not at Championships or Classics if they qualify, your response should look like this: Divisionals checked, Championships not checked, Classics not checked.  If your swimmer could swim at one or the other of Championships or Classics, it would look like this: Divisionals checked, Championships not checked, Classics checked OR Divisionals checked, Championships checked, Classics not checked. If they could swim at all three it would look like this:  Divisionals checked, Championships checked, Classics checked.

We MUST have everyone's response entered by Saturday, June 24 at midnight.  Additionally, while we do not have a meet this week, meet entries for our last meet on June 28 are due also by midnight on Saturday, June 24.  It would be a good idea to complete both as soon as possible so it does not slip your mind.
