Knollwood/Planters Row (KWPR) at Bent Creek (BC)

June 20th Meet at 6:00 pm

Pool address: 109 Marcie Rush Lane, Greer, SC 29651

Parking: Parking is Limited.  You may drop off your swimmers in front of the clubhouse and park on the right side of the streets in the neighborhood. Please be respectful of no parking signs as you may get towed.

Warm ups: Bent Creek 5:15-5:30 KWPR 5:30-5:45 (this will give us 15 minutes to get swimmers back to tents and lined up to start promptly at 6:00 pm)

Tent location: Our swimmer area will be next to our playground/tennis courts. This area is not covered, PLEASE bring pop-up tents. No swimmers are allowed on the tennis courts. The gate at the cabana is for spectators entering/exiting and for swimmers to exit after their events. Only swimmers may enter at the front gate at Clerk of Course.

Volunteers: There will be a table with an umbrella set up outside the pool’s front gate, our Volunteer Coordinator will set up there. Records, Ribbons and Computers will be located in the clubhouse. 1st Half Officials will meet at 5:45 near the Starter Stand.

Concessions Menu: Concessions is located next to the clubhouse, they will have a menu of hot dogs, pizza, nachos, chips, candy and drinks. They accept cash or card.

Head Coaches will get a complimentary meal ticket.

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. I will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area.
