Hey Barracudas!

This is a reminder to sign up your swimmer for next Thursday's meet.  The window to enter your swimmer will close TODAY, Friday, May 30 at 11:00 pm.  Please click https://kwprbarracudas.swimtopia.com/swim_meets ASAP. 

We still have several parents that need to certify for a volunteer position. If you attended a class and haven't completed your online test yet, please do so ASAP. We still have a few parents that have not certified as a Timer or any other position. If your swimmer is swimming, a volunteer position needs to be signed up for.  Click https://sail.swimtopia.com/training for certification.

I have listed the instructions below to sign up for volunteer positions and swimmer events.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

IMPORTANT: Each parent must sign up to volunteer for one half of each meet. Going forward, please sign up at least one week before each meet using the instructions below. All meets are open for job sign ups.

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. "Login" is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

Our team requires you to request meet entries for your child/children:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Select the appropriate events from the list shown. Coach will review the events and change if necessary.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options.
• Click Save to record your choices.
