Below is information from Brushy Meadows/Summerwalk.  

Also, I have attached a preliminary heat sheet and and athlete check in listing the events your swimmer is entered in so you can write their events on their arms before you arrive to make it easier on our tent parents.  Please also write their last name on their arm to make it easier on timers to make sure they have the right swimmer in their lane. 

Pool Directions: Our pool address is 107 Brushy Meadows Drive Greer, SC 29650

Parking: We have small parking lots. Most parking will be on the streets. Please adhere to the “No Parking” signs on the right sides of the street. Park only the left sides. The parking lot directly in front of clubhouse will be reserved for SAIL reps, coaches, and officials, only.

Team Warm Ups: Please have your swimmer at the pool by 5:00 to get settled. Your team will warm up from 5:15-5:45PM. The meet will start at 6:00PM.

Swimmer Area: Your swimmer area will be in the grassy area to the right side of the clubhouse as you face it Please bring tents as needed for your swimmers.

Spectators will be allowed on deck and can place chairs. Masks are optional and there are areas outside of the pool deck for families wishing to social distance. Hand sanitizer will be available at the concession stand.

Volunteers: Ribbons and computers will be set up in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is accessible to the pool area. First half officials and timers should meet behind the starter stand at 5:45PM. We will have a volunteer station set up by concession stand. Please have all volunteers check in there.

Concessions: Concessions will be on the pool deck at the back of the clubhouse. We will have pizza, Chick-Fil-A, nachos, drinks, and snacks. Please tell your Coaches that I will have complimentary meal tickets for all your coaches.

Severe Weather Plan: In case of the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s severe weather policy and the Brushy Meadows Pool policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. Please no children in the clubhouse.
