Knollwood/Planters Row & Canebrake at Bent Creek

June 9th Meet at 6:00 pm

Pool address: 104 Marcie Rush Lane, Greer, SC 29651

Parking: The Parking Lot is limited to coaches, SAIL Reps, and officials. You may drop off your swimmers in front of the clubhouse and park on the right side (The Clubhouse side) of the streets in the neighborhood. Please be respectful of no parking signs as you may get towed.

Warm ups: Please arrive at the pool by 5:00 pm to get settled in the tent area.  Warm Ups are 5:15-5:45 (this will give us 15 minutes to get swimmers back to tents and lined up to start promptly at 6:00 pm) with each team getting 3 lanes

Tent location: Our swimmer area will be next to our playground/tennis courts. This area is not covered, feel free to bring pop-up tents if you would like. No swimmers are allowed on the tennis courts. The gate at the cabana is for spectators entering/exiting and for swimmers to exit after their events. Only swimmers may enter at the front gate at Clerk of Course.

Spectators: There will not be any spectators sitting in chairs on the pool deck. We ask that ALL parents, grandparents, etc sit outside the pool deck area in the grass area or pavement and ONLY enter near the restroom/cabana area (not the Clerk of Course swimmer entrance), watch their child swim, and then go back outside the pool deck. Please do not congregate on the deck. We do not want to have to ask you to leave the pool deck. Please only enter the pool deck to watch your child swim and then exit after they have swam their event.

Volunteers: There will be a table set up outside the pool’s front gate, and your Volunteer Coordinator can set up there. Computers will be located in our clubhouse. 1st Half Officials will meet at 5:45 near the Starter Stand.

Concessions Menu: Concessions is located next to the clubhouse, we’ll have a menu of pizza, Chick-fil-A, chips, candy and drinks. We accept cash or card.

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. I will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. We will communicate through Swimtopia. If you have not downloaded the app, it is a good idea to have this app.
