Good Morning! (Please read through to the end of the message.)

As we discussed this morning at Fun Swim, it is time to prepare for Divisionals (July 9), Championships (July 16) and Classics (July 17). For our newer families, Divisionals is where the kids get the chance to compete with the entire Gold Division at the same time. Championships and Classics is where the top 40 swimmers in all divisions combined swim against each other. Championships qualifications consist of the 17th through 40th place swimmers in any given event based on their times at Divisionals. Classics qualifications consist of the top 16 placed swimmers in any given event based on their times at Divisionals.

Please pay close attention to the following instructions.

There are three Meets on the schedule called Gold Division Meet, 2022 Championships and 2022 Classics. 

For Championships and Classics, please click on Meets & Events, Signup Calendar, and the green Meet Entry tab for each meet to enter your swimmer's intent to swim for each event. Click Edit to declare their attendance. Choose Attending this meet or Not Attending this Meet. Click Save. This must be done for both Meets.

We MUST have everyone's response entered by Monday, June 27 at 11:30 pm.

I have also opened the entries for the Gold Division Meet so that you can begin talking with your swimmers about what they might like to swim and talking with the coaches on their recommendations.  When you are ready, please click on Meets & Events, Signup Calendar, and the green Meet Entry tab for the Gold Division Meet to declare their attendance and enter their requested events.  Coaches will review the events and suggest any changes based on their knowledge and planning.

We MUST have everyone's response entered by Wednesday, June 29 at 11:30 pm.  This is also the day before our last regular season meet.
