Divisionals volunteers are handled differently than any other meet.  Because the entire Gold Division teams swim together, the volunteer pool is larger and allows us to try to create shorter shifts for many positions.  Since the day is normally hot and much longer, we try to use our volunteers to the best of our ability based on certifications and positions you chose throughout the season.  Some of the time, we have the opportunity to use volunteers in quarters or non consecutive quarters instead of a half at one time.

Based on this, the jobs link will remain "pending".  Jennifer Perry, George Dowling, and I will work with the other volunteer coordinators and SAIL Reps to fill the positions that are needed.  If you have a preference or special request, we would appreciate an email to Jennifer, George and I as we will be working together to fill these positions.  We have not yet had the discussion with the other Gold Division SAIL Reps on the number of volunteer positions needed from each team.
