Thank you for your amazing response so far with our Concessions Donations sign ups!

Due to the expected extreme temperature Thursday, we will need several coolers of ice.  If you have a cooler you will let us use, please get with Susie Tobon ([email protected]) to make arrangements for her to get it prior to Wednesday evening.  She has graciously agreed to fill all we can get with ice for the meet.

Lastly, (at this moment...lol) we will need any and all tents available among the team for the tent area, concessions area, clerk of course area, and any additional area we can keep our kids and volunteers out of the sun to avoid any possible difficulties.  If you have a tent you will bring, please reply so we can make sure we have ample coverage.
