June 23rd Meet at 6:00 pm

Pool address: Knollwood Pool, 127 Gail Drive, Mauldin, SC 29662

Parking: Our Parking Lot is Limited. Parents may drop off your swimmers in front of the pool and park on the right side of the streets in the neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please let us know if you have any needs for handicap parking spaces.

Warm ups: Please arrive at the pool by 4:45 (Set up is 3:00 pm), warmups will be from 5:00 - 5:15. The meet will start promptly at 6:00 pm.

Tent location: Our swimmer area will be in the back of the pool yard, beginning behind the tree and going toward the woods. This area is not covered, please feel free to bring pop-up tents to help keep our swimmers out of the sun. Remind your swimmers that there is poison ivy in the woods and they should not be climbing around back in there.

The Clerk of Course entrance is ENTRANCE ONLY. Swimmers will exit the pool at the far end of the pool's corner entrance. The exit will be marked. They should walk BEHIND the starter stand/coaches area to get to the exit. The pathway will be marked on the fence.  Please reiterate this with your swimmer.

Spectators: We will allow spectators sitting in chairs on the pool deck in the area between the pool and the shelter/guard house/bathrooms. The area under the shelter is for computers and ribbons only and not spectator seating.

Volunteers: There will be a table set up inside the pool’s front gate for you to check in and get your name tag. Computers and Ribbons will be located under the shelter. 1st Half Officials will meet at 5:45 near the Starter Stand.

Concessions Menu: Concessions is located next to the guard house/bathrooms on the lawn. We will have a menu of hot dogs, quesadillas, pot stickers, chips, candy and drinks. We accept cash or Venmo.

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. I will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. We will communicate through Swimtopia. If you have not downloaded the app, it is a good idea to have this app.
