Attached is the Barracuda Buddy form that each swimmer is filling out at practice in the event you are not able to go to practice today.  Barracuda Buddies are a Spirit Week tradition similar to Secret Santa.  The kids exchange names and bring a small gift each day to practice and put it on a table for their recipient to pick up.  This does not need to be something purchased every day.  Something home made, a motivational note, something they are interested in, a small, inexpensive snack, etc.  On Saturday, at Divisionals, a bigger gift/collection is given and the person giving it is revealed.  If your swimmer will not be at divisionals, they will exchange their gifts on Friday.

Please email them to [email protected] by noon tomorrow so we can make sure that everyone that wants to participate is included.  If you choose not to participate, please reply to this email.
