Hey Barracudas!  Thank you for being so prompt last week signing up for this week's swim meet and for volunteer positions!  (In the future, you should see these emails by Monday or Tuesday)

Time has gotten away from me this week.  It's time to sign up for our next meet on June 8, which is NEXT week. In order to get our entries to the hosting team on schedule, we have a strict timeline to follow. The window to enter your swimmer will close on FRIDAY, June 2 at 11:00 pm, so please complete sign ups before then. If you are unsure of what events to enter your swimmer in, please talk with Coach Carp or Coach Perry.

Please go to the Swimtopia website and click on Meets & Events. I have listed the instructions below for your assistance in signing up for volunteer positions and swimmer events. Please remember, if your child is swimming you need to volunteer. We have several parents that have not certified as a Timer. Please do so ASAP.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

IMPORTANT: Each family must sign up to volunteer for a minimum of one half of each meet. If you have more than one swimmer, please consider signing up for both halves (or one parent per half). We have 77 swimmers, but most families have multiple swimmers so the volunteer pool is not as large.

Going forward, please sign up at least one week before each meet using the instructions below. All meets are open for volunteer sign ups.

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. "Login" is found in the upper righthand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

Our team requires you to request meet entries for your child/children:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop-down list next to their names.
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Select the appropriate events from the list shown. Coach will review the events and change if necessary.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop-down options.
• Click Save to record your choices.
