Hey fantastic Barracuda parents! We are approaching the half way point. Three things:

First, we have added a new event on the schedule for Concessions Donations. As we have discussed, Home Meet Concessions are a HUGE fundraiser for our team. Since we have two home meets this season, we are looking to maximize our efforts. Our Concessions Committee has been hard at work to determine the largest "bang for the buck". In doing so, we would ask that each family sign up for at least 1 item on the list and bring it to the meet on Thursday.  (Currently, Food Lion has Gatorade on sale for around 6:50 each.

Should you choose to give a monetary donation, this money needs to be turned in to Sally no later than Tuesday, June 13 at morning practice so that we can use that donation to purchase the concessions items.

Second, we will need several coolers of ice. If you have a cooler you will let us use, please get with Susie Tobon ([email protected]) to make arrangements for her to get it prior to Wednesday evening. She has graciously agreed to fill all we can get with ice for the meet.

Lastly, (at this moment...lol) we will need any and all tents available among the team for the tent area, concessions area, clerk of course area, and any additional area we can keep our kids and volunteers out of the sun to avoid any possible difficulties. If you have a tent you will bring, please reply so we can make sure we have ample coverage.
