Hey we're almost there! Tomorrow is the last regular meet, this is kind of last call! We definitely need all hands on deck for tomorrow. 

Here's the list of absolute needs for tomorrow 

• 3 more timers in the Second half 
• Heat winner token distributor 
• 1 Tent parent First half 
• 1 in Concessions Second half 
• More on the cleanup crew! The more people there are the faster this goes. 
• More on the setup crew. Even if there are no more slots available, show up at 3:00. 😁 There are the same people signed up this time as last time and it wasn't remotely enough last time.
• Remaining concessions donations! We still have things that are not accounted for. Feel free to text me to ask about venmo if you want to contribute but don't have time to shop

The unfortunate thing is that most of the people who are willing to fill these spots at the last minute are people who already have a high demand volunteer position. So if you haven't signed up for something, please do!  If you signed up for a low stress, low heat job, please sign up for a second one if there are still needs.
